The Rug Experts understand Oriental rugs and are very knowledgeable about rug cleaning. Bekir clearly explained the process to me when he collected our two valuable rugs that belonged to my late mother. Very friendly and prompt service and pick up and delivery. They did a great job. I highly recommend The Rug Experts for precious rugs that require delicate and expert cleaning. I should add this recommendation was volunteered and not solicited from me.
